ADA / Accessibility
Symphony Hall is committed to accommodating all guests. Examples of accommodations include accessible seating, listening devices, and service animals.
Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased from the Symphony Hall Box Office or on Ticketmaster.com. Subject to availability at the time of purchase, Symphony Hall will make this seating available to patrons with disabilities and up to one (1) of their companions.
If you have purchased, or otherwise acquired, a ticket to non-accessible seating, and you require accessible seating, Symphony Hall will attempt to accommodate you and your companions if accessible seating comparable to what you purchased remains available. If such seating is not available, you and your companions will be offered available accessible seating in a non-comparable location. We advise that all accessible seating requests be made in advance. Exchanges of non-accessible seating for tickets in accessible seating are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you need to exchange a ticket or have any other ticket questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please enter through the door marked accessible on E. Columbus Avenue. The elevator is also located at this entrance.
Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are available to patrons upon request. Please call us at 413-949-0925 or email email@example.com to arrange for an ALD two days prior to the event you are attending.
Symphony Hall offers accessible restrooms to our guests with disabilities located downstairs by the accessible entrance.
Symphony Hall welcomes ADA patrons who need the assistance of a service animal. Symphony Hall staff may inquire whether the dog is a service animal. All other animals are prohibited. Guests using a service animal will be responsible for the animal’s care and supervision when present at Symphony Hall.
