Symphony Hall functions as a concert venue for orchestras, Broadway-style theatre productions, professional concerts by well-known artists, speaker programs, municipal events such as inaugurations and graduations, and is available for rental for programs and meetings needing an auditorium-style space.  The current capacity for the auditorium area is 2611.

The Mahogany Room within Symphony Hall, with its tall windows and sparkling chandeliers, is a beautiful location for preshow receptions, corporate meetings and fundraisers. Table seating capacity is 100.
